Is your engineering org broken up into different teams? Want to see how each team is doing independently?
Great. Haystack teams can help with that.
Creating a Haystack Team
Step 1: Go to Settings
Click on the 'Settings' tab in the left sidebar to open up Haystack settings.
Step 2: Go to Settings > Teams
Click on 'Teams' in the left sidebar to open up Haystack Teams
Step 3: Click "Create Team"
Click "Create Team" in the top-right to create a new team.
Step 4: Name your Team
Give your team a name and description. Make them memorable! These will be used throughout the application.
Step 5: Select Team Members and "Add Team"
Add team members to your team and click "Add Team" when you're done.
Note: If you do not see a member you are looking for try searching for their github username. Haystack will only display members that have created a pull request in the last 6 months.
Step 6: Optionally add it to "My Teams"
Adding teams to "My Teams" help you receive relevant insights from your favorite teams without having to select each team individually.
Step 7: That's it!
Now that you've created your team you should see the new team appear in your team list. Now repeat this process for your other teams!
