Missing a repository? In this article we'll walk through some steps on how to resolve this issue.

Potential Causes

  1. Repository Not Imported

  2. Data Still Processing

  3. Shared repositories

How do we fix it?

Repository Not Imported

The most common reason for missing a repository is that Haystack has not been granted access yet. To confirm this, go to Settings > Repositories to see a full list of the repositories granted. If your repository is not in this list, then you may want to import the additional repository using these steps.

Takeaway: Double check all your repositories and import a new one if needed.

Data Still Processing

If you've gone through all the above steps then it's likely our system is still processing your information. In this case it may take a few hours to pull your entire list of repositories.

Takeaway: Wait for our system to finish processing your data.

Shared Repositories

If you are integrating a shared repository on Gitlab, Haystack currently only supports integrating these from the account that originally owns this. So you would need to integrate the primary account instead.

Takeaway: Integrate the primary account that owns the shared repository
