Trying to remove a member?
Whether it's a member that is no longer on your team or an annoying bot posing as a user, this guide will help you remove those accounts from Haystack's data.
Steps to Remove a Member
Go to the Settings > Team page
Remove member from all Teams
Confirm member is 'unassigned' in the Settings > Unassigned Members page
If you see the member in the Unassigned Members page, then they should not appear in any of your Haystack data.
Note: Members must be included in a team to appear in the Haystack data.
