Updating billing information
Step 1: Go to Billing
In the sidebar, click on "Settings" and then select "Billing".
Step 2: Access "Manage Payment"
On the Billing page, click on "Manage Payment".
Note: Make sure to enable pop-up windows as they may be blocked by your browser.
Step 3: Update Information
You will be taken to your organization's Stripe billing page. In the 'Billing Information' section, choose "Update Information".
Step 4: Edit your details
You can add or modify the following information:
Email
Address
Phone number
Tax ID
Step 5: Save changes
Click on the "Save" button at the bottom to save the changes.
Step 6: That's it!
Your billing information is now updated.
ℹ️ Note:
The default billing contact will be the person who signed up for Haystack or the provided billing address if signed up with the Sales team.
Only teammates with admin permissions can edit the billing information.
