How do I update our billing information?

Updating billing information

Step 1: Go to Billing

In the sidebar, click on "Settings" and then select "Billing".

Step 2: Access "Manage Payment"

On the Billing page, click on "Manage Payment".

Note: Make sure to enable pop-up windows as they may be blocked by your browser.

Step 3: Update Information

You will be taken to your organization's Stripe billing page. In the 'Billing Information' section, choose "Update Information".

Step 4: Edit your details

You can add or modify the following information:

  • Email

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Tax ID

Step 5: Save changes

Click on the "Save" button at the bottom to save the changes.

Step 6: That's it!

Your billing information is now updated.

ℹ️ Note:

  • The default billing contact will be the person who signed up for Haystack or the provided billing address if signed up with the Sales team.

  • Only teammates with admin permissions can edit the billing information.
